Joe Hayes

Joe Hayes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade, primarily at Santos Ltd since September 2014, where roles have included Engineering Manager for Moomba & Port Bonython, Manager of Reliability for Midstream & Energy Solutions, and Engineering Manager for Offshore, among others. Prior to Santos, Joe held the position of I/E Reliability Engineer at Orica and worked as an Electrical Project Engineer with Bechtel Corporation. Joe is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Western Australia, building on a solid foundation of electrical engineering education with Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degrees from both the University of Newcastle and Université de Technologie de Troyes.
