Doug Lieser

Doug Lieser currently serves as a Major Gift Officer at Summit Academy OIC, focusing on relationship management strategies and revenue goals. Prior to this role, Doug was the Director of Advancement at Community of Saints Regional Catholic School, collaborating with the Board of Directors to enhance donor engagement and leading various committees. Doug also held the position of President and Principal, overseeing the school’s strategic direction as chief administrator. Experience as a Development Consultant for the Catholic Schools Center of Excellence involved coaching multiple schools on development best practices. Earlier, Doug served as the Director of Education and Principal at St. Matthew's School, managing educational programs and curriculum development, and began the career as a Middle School Teacher. Doug holds multiple degrees in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Saint John's University.
