Sophia Xiang

Sophia Xiang has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sophia'smost recent position was as a Program Manager at SAP.iO Foundry Shanghai, where they facilitated the growth and innovation of startups and internal ventures. Prior to this, Sophia held various roles at SAP, including Senior Design Thinking Coach/Trainer, Project Manager at SAP QGP, and SAP Dev Support Consultant. Sophia also served as the President of the SAP Toastmaster Club. Sophia's early career includes a role as an ERP Quality Management professional at Hong Kong Yongxin Group. Overall, Sophia Xiang has demonstrated expertise in project management, quality assurance, and coaching/training.

Sophia Xiang attended Fudan University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied finance. Prior to that, they attended Sichuan University from 1997 to 2001, majoring in computer science. In addition to their educational background, Sophia has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2014, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through Scrum Alliance. In 2019, they achieved the Certified Agile Leadership designation from Scrum Alliance and also completed the Management 3.0 program offered by Management 3.0. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained Methodology Skills certifications as a Scrum Facilitator and Scrum Trainer from SAP.
