Johnny (Chuandong) Yin

Johnny (Chuandong) Yin has a diverse work experience in several companies and roles. Johnny (Chuandong) joined Sapia in 2018 and worked as the Head of Engineering, leading the engineering team and managing Agile sprints. Johnny (Chuandong) also led the development of various projects, such as an application tracking system connector, a chatbot for assessing candidates, and a self-service management system. Before that, they worked as a Data Scientist in Machine Learning and NLP, where they focused on data analysis, building classification models, and deploying prediction services on AWS.

Johnny also has experience as a Principal Engineer (Co-founder) at Shenzhen Sichuang Technology, where they worked on machine learning and full-stack development. Johnny (Chuandong) served as a Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne, where they used machine learning models for shortest path prediction.
