Jim Fitzsimons

Jim FitzSimons has dual qualifications in law and computer science and specialises in IT and telecommunications law, outsourcing and systems integration contracts, IP ownership and licensing, e-commerce, acting for users and suppliers of IT&T and related services in the public and private sectors.

Jim is also involved in commercial and corporate law as it applies to intangible assets such as copyright, trade secrets and confidential information, trade practices (consumer protection and anti-trust), trade marks and trade names, and patents.

He also has a portfolio of startups with which he is involved and recently helped facilitate a successful exit for the Founders and himself when Logico Operations Group Limited was bought by CTI Logistics.
