Devesh Kotak

Devesh Kotak began their career in 2005 as a Service Engineer at Shro Systems Pvt Ltd. in Pune. In 2008, they moved to Symphony Services in Pune as an Associated Engineer. In 2010, they joined Sapience Analytics Pvt Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer. Devesh then progressed to Manager of Technical Support, followed by Assistant Manager of Customer Support. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Manager of NextGen Infra, NOC & SRE, where they were responsible for providing a reliable customer experience by focusing on NextGen Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, IT Security & SOC2 Compliance, ITSM, SalesForce CRM, Maintaining Hardware & Software Assets, Applications Inventory, Database Support, DevOps SRE-Monitoring, IT Vendor Mgt., and IT Audits. Devesh also established a NOC center.

Devesh Kotak has a Bachelor's degree in English from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
