Jaime Grunt has a varied and extensive work experience. Jaime started their career at Microsoft in 2000, where they worked as a Software Test Engineer, implementing and executing functional, stress, and disaster tests. Jaime then moved on to Windsor Technologies in 2001, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Business Analyst, gathering user requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for multiple clients.
In 2003, Grunt joined McKesson Health Solutions as a Business Systems Analyst, planning and conducting the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Jaime also partnered with internal users to develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
Grunt later joined StoneRiver, Inc. in 2004, where they held various roles such as Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Team Lead, Software Development Engineer, Lead Software Development Engineer, Software Development Manager, and QA/Software Development Manager. In these roles, they managed teams of software developers and quality assurance analysts, directed overall processes, and provided mentorship and training.
In 2016, Grunt joined Pearson as a Software Quality Engineering Manager, where they directly managed a large team of software quality engineers across multiple agile teams. Jaime coordinated with performance engineering teams and focused on implementing test automation for RESTful APIs and web services.
Currently, Grunt is working at Sapiens, where they have held positions such as Client Services Manager, Director of Quality Assurance, AVP Client Services, and VP Client Services.
Jaime Grunt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, which was obtained between 1994 and 1999. In addition, Jaime obtained a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2017.
