Serj Molodyk

Serj Molodyk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and project coordination across various industries. Currently serving as COO at SapientPro since January 2017, Serj oversees the company's daily operations and has held significant roles such as Process Manager, providing strategic direction and management of business processes. Since September 2023, Serj has co-owned and served as Chief Operating Officer at SAPIENTROQ. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Webkracht, Senior Project Manager at Intellecom LLC, and Project Manager at Radio Communications International, alongside positions in account and sales management early in the career. Serj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Hanze and has studied Economics as an exchange student at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
