Marion Jaeger

Marion Jaeger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Marion'smost recent position was as the Director of Solution Engineering DACH at Saporo, starting in February 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at VMRay as a Senior Security Solutions Engineer from August 2022 to February 2023, and as a Security Solutions Engineer from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before VMRay, Marion was a PreSales Engineer at ESET from October 2020 to November 2021, and an IT-Security Consultant at CANCOM from April 2020 to October 2020.

Marion also had experience at Nuvias DACH as a Senior Partner Support Analyst from October 2019 to March 2020, and as a Support Analyst from August 2017 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Marion worked at sambus GmbH as a Systemadministrator from January 2016 to May 2017, and as an Auszubildende IT-Systemkauffrau from June 2014 to January 2016.

Marion'sfirst professional role was with Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland. as an MA / EloKa Aufklärung from an unspecified start date to December 2013.

Marion Jaeger began their education in 2015 at Staatliche Handelsschule mit Wirtschaftsgymnasium City Nord [H7] Hamburg, where they studied IT-Systemkauffrau. Marion completed their studies there in 2016. Later, from 2019 to 2024, Marion enrolled at Hochschule Wismar, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in IT Forensik.

In addition to their formal education, Marion has obtained multiple certifications in various IT-related fields. In 2019, they became a Certified Professional in WatchGuard Technologies. In the same year, they acquired multiple Kaspersky certifications, including Certified Professional: Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Management, Certified Professional: Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365, and System Engineer: Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Management Expert.

Throughout their career, Marion has continued to expand their knowledge and skills by earning other certifications. These include becoming a Bitdefender Certified Technical Specialist in 2020, a Trend Micro Apex One Certified Professional in 2020, and achieving the title of System Engineer: Kaspersky Security Center. Scaling (302.11) from Kaspersky, also in 2020. In 2021, Marion obtained certifications from ESET, including ESET Managed Client Security Professional, ESET Certified Enterprise Sales Professional, ESET Certified Sales Professional, and ESET Cloud Administrator Specialist. Lastly, Marion became a VMRay Platform Certified Professional in 2022.
