Daniel Rivera has over 10 years of work experience, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Daniel has been working at Sapphire Digital as a Project Implementation Manager since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Verizon Wireless for over 10 years, holding various managerial positions. From 2017-2018, Daniel served as the Manager of Digital Operations, where they led a team to improve the My Verizon App experience and implemented optimization strategies for app enhancements. From 2017-2017, they were the Manager of Retail Merchandising Operations, overseeing digital merchandising initiatives for all National Retail Locations, resulting in cost savings of $20M per year. From 2015-2017, Daniel worked as the National Retail Strategy & Distribution Manager, where they focused on developing and executing retail strategies. From 2010-2015, they worked as an Associate Director, managing a team for the strategic development and execution of various projects, including Mobile Point of Sale, Retail Smart Application, Traffic Counting, Guest Wi-Fi, and all digital executions for national retail stores.
