Adavayya Vastrad has over a decade of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management, currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at SapphireIMS since October 2010, leading a team of 16 in SaaS product support across multiple regions including India, UK, Philippines, UAE, and Malaysia. Previous roles include Technical Support Team Lead, Senior Technical Specialist, and Product-Deployment Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed team mentoring, quality control, and customer support. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Deployment Engineer at TELiBrahma, focusing on Linux image installations and Bluetooth technology, as well as a Computer Lab Assistant at Basaveshwar Engineering College, where skills in PC assembly, troubleshooting, and network maintenance were developed. Adavayya holds a Diploma of Education in Computer Science from C.V. Charantimath Rural Polytechnic in Bagalkot.
