Mark Gladwell

Mark Gladwell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sapphiros since August 2021, Mark also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Sapphiros and Chief Executive Officer at Biocrucible. Prior to Sapphiros, Mark was the President of Global Operations & Global Business Services at Smith & Nephew from August 2018 to August 2021. Mark's career also includes senior positions at QIAGEN as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Alere Inc., where Mark held multiple titles including Senior Vice President of Global Operations and President & General Manager. Earlier roles include management positions at Johnson & Johnson - Lifescan, Agfa HealthCare, and DuPont, beginning as a Quality Engineer. Mark is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Salford.
