Mike Musgnug

Mike Musgnug has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences and diagnostics industry. Mike began their career in 1999 as a Microbiology Research Fellow at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. In 2003, they joined Binax as an R&D Manager and Product Manager. In 2005, they moved to Dade Behring as a Product Manager. In 2006, they joined Alere, Inc. as the Vice President of Global Marketing for the Infectious Disease Business Unit. In 2014, they joined Cepheid as the Vice President and General Manager of North America Commercial and Vice President of Global Marketing. In 2019, they moved to Beckman Coulter Life Sciences as the Vice President and General Manager of the Biotechnology Business Unit. In 2021, they joined Discovery Life Sciences as the Chief Revenue Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of GrapheneDx and Executive Vice President of Strategy at Sapphiros, as well as an Advisory Board Member at Silicon Valley Innovations.

Mike Musgnug has a diverse educational background. Mike completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marist College in 2000. Mike then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they completed in 2003. Finally, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Marist College in 2009.
