Frank Diplacido

Frank Diplacido has worked as the Director of Community Based Services at Erie County Technical School and as the Director of Community Based Programs at Sarah A. Reed Children's Center.

Frank Diplacido attended Mercyhurst University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Painting/Drawing/2D Design. Frank then went on to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree at PennWest Edinboro.
