Penny Burns

Penny Burns, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Penny is currently working as a Strategy Execution Senior Project Manager at Sarah Cannon since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at PNB Consulting from December 2016 to September 2019. Penny also has experience as the Vice President of Operations, Education Division at Cross Country Healthcare from April 2015 to November 2016. Penny served as the Executive Director at the Brain Injury Association of Tennessee from July 2014 to June 2016. Before that, Penny worked as a Physician Practice Manager at Saint Thomas Health from January 2011 to June 2012. Penny'searly career includes the position of Associate Administrator, Division of Trauma & Surgical Critical Care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from September 2005 to January 2011.

Penny Burns, MBA, holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University. Penny also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their academic qualifications, Penny holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Belmont University.
