Currently serving as an HR Manager at SARAH Group, Deanna previously held roles such as Competency & Change Manager and HR Business Partner at RAA. Deanna is experienced in managing insurance claims learning and development, knowledge management, and change teams, as well as providing expertise in HR issues, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. As an Organisational Development Business Partner, Deanna has been responsible for implementing and improving policies, systems, and processes to enhance business performance.
