Joseph Angelo

Joseph Angelo has over 15 years of work experience in business systems analysis and project management in the healthcare industry. Joseph started their career as a Health Information Management Tech at Halifax Health in 2004 and later worked as a Business Analyst. In 2009, they joined Sarasota Memorial Health Care System as a Business Systems Analyst and was responsible for supporting multiple departments, performing training, and managing projects. Over time, they were promoted to Senior Business Systems Analyst and then to the position of Clinical and Business Systems Analyst Lead. In their current role, they lead project management on large and medium-sized projects and facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Joseph has experience supporting various applications and systems, including Allscripts Access Management and Patient Financial Management. Joseph Angelo's work experience demonstrates their expertise in analyzing business systems and providing reliable solutions in the healthcare industry.

Joseph Angelo obtained a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration from the same institution, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Hyland Certified OnBase Healthcare Administrator Professional, obtained in June 2023, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2019, and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, acquired in 2013.
