Natalie Garcia has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on management and generalist roles. Natalie started their career as a Contracts Support Specialist at Child Development Incorporated in August 2010 and worked there until March 2013. Following this, they joined Welocalize Life Sciences in December 2013 and held multiple roles including Human Resource Assistant and Project Manager. In their role as Project Manager, they were responsible for managing assigned projects, establishing strong relationships with internal and external resources, and overseeing project execution. In July 2017, Natalie joined Saratech as a Human Resource Generalist and later transitioned to the role of Human Resource Manager in January 2021.
