Shiun Chen

Shiun Chen has extensive experience in the energy and academic sectors, serving Sarawak Energy Berhad since December 2008 in roles such as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, Vice President of Rural Electrification, and Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to this, Shiun Chen held the position of Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University from 1998 to 2008. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Power Systems Engineering from the University of Canterbury (1993-1996) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Hons. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution (1989-1991).
