Rex Jameson

Rex Jameson is a distinguished engineer at Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corporation, where research focuses on AI/ML and autonomy projects involving Sarcos robots since January 2015. Previously, Rex held positions as a Software Architect, developing autonomy and sensor fusion algorithms for unmanned aircraft systems, and as Senior Principal Software Engineer, creating robot control software and implementing communication protocols. Prior experience includes freelancing at reBar Solutions to develop software for sports metrics analysis, and significant roles at Raytheon-Sarcos, Cimarron Software, and Omega Performance, where contributions spanned advanced robotics, laboratory systems, and training simulations. Rex holds a BS in Physics from Stanford University and an M.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Utah.
