About the role:
As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in boosting our sales operations efficiency as we grow. Your role involves refining our sales processes and supporting our sales team's expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Manage the deployment, integration, and optimization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Boostup, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Accounts Management, Finance, etc., to ensure seamless integration of sales operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes using data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales reporting and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics to track progress against goals.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to interpret data, identify key performance drivers, and develop strategic recommendations.
An ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce administration and reports
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma and data analytics with SQL
- Experience designing and delivering Sales training programs - Nice to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs - We are growing fast.
Compensation: Base pay range of $120,000 - $160,000 + equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
