Mateus Talles Carvalho

Mateus Talles Carvalho has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Mateus Talles started their career as an Internet Assessor at Lionbridge from October 2014 to April 2017. Mateus Talles then worked as a Captador de Recursos (Resource Solicitor) at Médecins Sans Frontières Brésil - MSF from August 2018 to October 2019. After that, they joined TesterWork as an Application Tester from May 2017 to January 2020, where they specialized in functional and exploratory testing for various software environments such as Facebook, Instagram, and Deezer.

In 2020, Mateus moved to Crossover for Work, where they initially worked as a QA Manual Tester from January 2020 to August 2020 and later got promoted to the position of QE Reviewer from August 2020 to June 2021. As a QE Reviewer, they were responsible for reviewing test cases executed by testers, enforcing quality standards, and facilitating smooth communication between the QA team and Product Chief Architects in a fully remote environment.

In 2021, Mateus joined AvantStay as a QA Engineer. Their responsibilities included test planning, analysis, and testing of a hospitality website, automation of end-to-end and API tests using Cypress and GraphQL, configuration of unit/integration tests for React environment, and setting up CI test jobs using Gitlab. Mateus Talles also actively communicated with various teams to ensure quality and technical refinement of the website.

Currently, Mateus works at Sardine as a QA Engineer, starting in April 2023.

From 2019 to 2020, Mateus Talles Carvalho attended Trybe, where they completed a Technical Course in Full-Stack Software Development/Desenvolvimento de Software Full-Stack.
