Tessa Downs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tessa started their career as a Banquet Server at The Breakers Palm Beach, where they gained experience in event setup and serving high-profile guests. Tessa then worked as a Store Manager at Hansa Coffee Roasters, where they developed skills in administration, leadership, and problem-solving. Tessa later joined Madewell as an Assistant Manager and Stylist, where they honed their corporate leadership, organization, and administration abilities. Tessa also worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Stuga Design, contributing to social media marketing and apartment design projects. Tessa pursued freelance opportunities as a Production Designer, collaborating with Chicago photographers and cinematographers on marketing photography for various companies. Tessa also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, providing design services until mid-2020. In recent years, Tessa worked as a Director of People & Culture at SARDIS and as a Creative Services Manager at Sardis Creative, highlighting their expertise in people management and creative services. Currently, they are an Interior Designer at Kollektiv Home. Throughout their work experience, Tessa has demonstrated strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creativity.

Tessa Downs attended Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate's degree in International and Intercultural Communication.
