Caitlin O'Neil

Caitlin O'Neil, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Associate Director of Corporate Accounting at Sarepta Therapeutics since August 2019. O'Neil has held various roles at Sarepta, including Senior Manager, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Prior to Sarepta, O'Neil worked at EY as an Audit Senior and Audit Staff from July 2016 to August 2019. O'Neil also completed a summer internship at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP in 2015, focusing on tax and audit training, and a Program Office Summer Internship at Electric Boat, where skills in cost reduction strategies were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The University of Alabama and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. O'Neil was also a student athlete during undergraduate studies, demonstrating strong leadership and time management skills.
