Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose, LICSW, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Case Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Patient Support Specialist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and as a Clinical Social Worker at Tufts Medical Center. Sarah's background includes significant experience with the MA Department of Children and Families in supervisory and social work capacities, where responsibilities included case management and the development of service plans. Previous positions also include Outpatient Therapist at Riverside Community Care and Arbour Counseling Services, and Program Director, Residential at Bridgewell, managing a residential home for individuals with autism. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Gordon College.
