Amanda Holmes

Amanda Holmes is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in community management and administrative support. Currently serving as a Property Manager for Property Management since July 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Community Manager at SARES REGIS and spent over a decade with FPI Management as a Property Manager. Early career roles include Assistant Manager for multiple Homeowners Associations in the East Bay and Bay Area with Christison Company, as well as administrative support positions for the Central Valley Business Journal and Coldwell Banker The Vintage Group. Amanda is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from San Joaquin Delta College, complementing educational qualifications from Merrill F. West High School.
