Brentt Ramsey

Brentt Ramsey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Brentt started their career at Alcoa Fastening Systems as a Design Engineer, where they designed fasteners and conducted product testing. Brentt then moved on to James Jones Company (Tyco International) as a Product Engineer, where they re-engineered the company's core product line and conducted technical analysis. At Cla-Val Company, they worked as a Design Engineer and improved total system management for hydraulic automatic control valves.

Ramsey then joined Lisi Aerospace, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Specialist, Focus Factory Manager for Pins, Director of Operations, and VP & GM Torrance Airframe. In these positions, they managed manufacturing operations, developed customer service initiatives, and implemented lean engineering programs.

Brentt later joined Emhart Teknologies as Director of Research & Development, where they were responsible for developing strategic-channel relationships and driving new product approvals. Brentt then became the Director of Business Development, where they focused on developing marketing activities and capturing leads.

Currently, Ramsey works at Sargent Aerospace & Defense as the Business Unit Director of Fastener Products, overseeing financial and operational performance, account development, and new product development. Prior to this role, they were the Plant Manager, where they formulated policies, provided overall direction, and coordinated operational activities.

Throughout their career, Ramsey has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving sales growth and profitability.

Brentt Ramsey attended National University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Business. Prior to that, they attended Santa Monica College from 1988 to 1991, but their field of study is unknown.
