Michael Delicio

Michael Delicio has a diverse background in human resources, starting with their current position as the Human Resources Director at Sargenti Architects. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Lead at NJ-Spotlight/WNET New York Public Media and an Adjunct Professor at Kean University. In 2009, Delicio established their own consulting company, Michael E. Delicio Consulting, LLC, where they provided strategic HR support in various areas. Michael also held roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bruker, a Policy Consultant at PPFA, and an HR Business Partner (Consultant) at SSATB. Delicio has experience in the corporate sector as well, having worked as a Consultant in the Global Business Ethics and Integrity Group at Prudential Financial and as a Director of HR at Pfizer Inc, where they provided strategic HR support to different divisions. Michael also served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Pfizer Inc, where they supported a client group and implemented various HR strategies.

Michael Delicio completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Kean University from 1978 to 1982. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration at Upsala College from 1990 to 1995.
