Dax P. R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They co-founded Sarna Finance in 2021, where they serve as the Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the company's zero-commission trading platform. They also co-founded Sarna Technologies in the same year. In 2022, Dax joined Kai Volatility Advisors as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, they became part of the Advisory Board at New Leaf Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage companies. Prior to these roles, Dax held positions such as Director of Commercial Services & Solutions at The HDF Group, Head of Business Development at Victory Networks and Sumo Capital, LLC, Partnership Manager at Cutler Group, LP, and President of Livevol Inc. They also served as the Vice President of Client Relations at Ballista Securities, LLC. Dax's experience spans various aspects of business development, commercial services, and client relations.

Dax P. R. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. They attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
