Jim McGannon started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Venture Stores before moving up the ranks to District HR Manager at Toys "R" Us. Jim then progressed to Regional HR Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy, followed by Director of Recruiting & Staffing at Retail Ventures Inc. Jim later became HR Manager at Bare Escentuals before currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sarnova. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in areas such as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Legal Compliance, and more. Jim holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
