Brad Cates

Brad Cates has a wealth of experience in the home furnishings industry. Brad currently serves as the President and CEO of Sarreid, Ltd. from February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sarreid, Ltd. starting in October 2020, and Chief Operating Officer from September 2019 to October 2020. Brad also worked as the President and CEO of Curate Home Collection, a factory-owned provider of high-end furniture, lighting, and accessories, from an unspecified date in 2017 until January 2019 when the brand was sold to Century. Previously, they were the Director of The Phillips Collection, a renowned provider of furniture and decor items, from an unspecified date in 2016 until 2017. Brad also served as Vice President at Li & Fung Limited, where they oversaw the launch of Tommy Hilfiger Home Collection and led OEM product development efforts for residential upholstery. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Natuzzi, overseeing the sales, marketing, and P&L management of Natuzzi Italia throughout the Americas. Brad Cates attended East Carolina University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Elon University from 1991 to 1993, which remains incomplete.
