Nicole Dragan

Nicole Dragan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, procurement, and manufacturing process analysis.

Nicole began their career as a Corporate MRO Purchasing Manager at Leeson Electric in 1995, where they managed procurement activities for maintenance, repair, and operating goods.

In 2001, they joined Subco Foods as a Manufacturing Process Analyst, responsible for product and process analysis in food packaging. Nicole also implemented automation improvements and mentored team members.

Nicole then moved to Johnsonville Sausage in 2002, where they worked as a Capital Equipment & MRO Buyer, purchasing equipment and supplies for the company.

From 2005 to 2014, Nicole worked at Rockline Industries in multiple roles. As a Facilities Coordinator, they managed facility operations and maintenance. Nicole later transitioned to the role of Sr Buyer - Capital Project & Indirect, responsible for procurement of capital equipment and maintenance, repair, and operating goods and services. Nicole achieved cost-saving objectives and streamlined purchasing policies and procedures.

Since 2017, Nicole has been working at Sartori Company as a Project Manager - OPS/ENG/Construction. Nicole'sresponsibilities include managing project scope, timeline, and fiscal accountability. Nicole sources and selects buildings, facilities, and manufacturing process equipment, negotiates contracts, and communicates project status to stakeholders. Nicole has successfully managed various construction projects, including the restoration of a historical building, which received an award of excellence.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated strong project management, procurement, and analytical skills. Nicole has built relationships with suppliers and led collaborative teams.

Nicole Dragan completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management at Silver Lake College from 1989 to 1991. In 2004 and 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management from the University of WI - Madison. In 2017, they earned a Certificate in Project Management - Supply Chain from Lakeshore Technical College. Most recently, in 2021, Nicole completed a Certificate in MS Project from Lakeshore Technical College as well.
