Phil Romback

Phil Romback has a work experience that includes positions at Sartori Company, Novolex, and TIDI Products, LLC.

At Sartori Company, Phil worked as a Manufacturing Engineer starting in October 2022. Phil previously held the role of Process Engineer from August 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Sartori Company, Phil worked at Novolex as a Continuous Improvement Manager from June 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they led the management team in analyzing company KPIs and implemented solutions and process improvements to enhance quality and reduce product return rates.

Prior to Novolex, Phil had an Engineering Internship at TIDI Products, LLC from May 2015 to September 2015. During this internship, they assisted the Engineering Manager with research, development, testing, and design using engineering software programs such as Solid Works and CAD.
