Tamara Fox

Tamara Fox has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Tamara is currently working as the Director of Planning at Sartori Company, where they ensure that forecasting processes are met and leads the development and implementation of forecasting and production planning models. Previously, they worked as an Associate Director - Supply Chain at Curia (formerly AMRI).

Before that, Tamara worked at Kohler Co. as a Manager - Sales & Operations Planning, where they were responsible for leading the S&OP process and successfully transitioned their team to remote work during the pandemic.

Tamara also has experience at Foremost Farms USA, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Services Director, Supply Chain Planning Manager, Master Production Scheduler, and Production Planner/Marketing Manager. In these roles, they optimized the supply chain, implemented procedures for planning and scheduling, and managed business-to-business sales.

Tamara started their career at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Quality Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Quality Supervisor/HACCP Coordinator, and Quality Systems Auditor/Intern. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining quality programs, leading manufacturing departments, implementing quality checks, and conducting audits.

Tamara Fox earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. These include a Professional Development Certificate in Advanced Management & Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained in May 2019. Tamara also holds a Professional Development Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained in October 2013.
