Blake Russo

Blake Russo is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in Unix/Linux systems and network optimization. Currently serving as a Senior SAS Technical Support Platform Deployment Engineer Team Lead at SAS since October 2014, Blake specializes in deploying and troubleshooting the SAS Viya Platform and has led various initiatives within the Platform Deployment team. Prior to this, Blake worked at Cisco, focusing on network optimization and email security for Cisco products. Earlier roles include Linux Technical Analyst at Yum! Brands, and technical support positions at Siemens and Radio Shack. Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Morehead State University and has completed additional IT coursework through Coursera.
