Ridwaan Patel

Ridwaan Patel has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ridwaan currently holds the position of Head: BCB Term Lending Credit at Sasfin since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Credit Manager at Sasfin Bank Ltd from July 2019 to March 2022. Ridwaan also worked as a Credit Manager at Sasfin Bank Ltd from December 2016 to June 2019, and from March 2016 to November 2016. Before joining Sasfin, Ridwaan was a Credit Risk Manager at Fintech (Proprietary) Limited from June 2005 to February 2016. Ridwaan'searlier experiences include working as a Financial Accountant at Pro Roof Steel Merchants from 2004 to 2005, and as an Audit Manager at Solly Noor Mohamed And Company from 2003 to 2004. Ridwaan started their career at Karolia Jeena Inc. where they worked as a Trainee Accountant/Audit Senior from 1999 to 2003.

Ridwaan Patel began their education by attending Johannesburg Secondary School, where they completed their high school education in 1995. Ridwaan then went on to the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in BCOMPT from 2002 onwards. Following their undergraduate studies, Ridwaan enrolled at the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2010, where they earned a Certificate in the Program for Management Development. Currently, Ridwaan is studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika starting from 2014.
