Hrishikesh Jha

Hrishikesh Jha currently serves as a Partner at SaShr Consultants since June 2023. Prior to this role, Hrishikesh was the Chief People Officer at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. from March 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR, CSR, and Administration functions. Hrishikesh has extensive experience in human resources, holding various senior positions such as Group Head of Corporate Human Resource at L&T Finance Holdings Limited, Head HR India at Barclays Capital and Barclays Wealth, and multiple HR leadership roles at ICICI Bank. Hrishikesh began a career in human resources at Dabur Pharma Limited and UTI Mutual Fund. Educational qualifications include a PGD in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Xavier's College.
