Aleks Hoeber

Aleksandra Hoeber is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Director at SaskAbilities since April 2022, where leadership of the Yorkton Branch team aligns with the organization's vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives. Previously, Aleksandra held multiple roles at the Saskatchewan Abilities Council from February 2007 to November 2021, including Program Manager, overseeing various program areas, and Senior Social Impact Analyst, focusing on implementing Social Return on Investment methodologies. As a Vocational Senior Supervisor, responsibilities included coordinating employment programs, securing funding, and developing partnerships to enhance program sustainability. Aleksandra holds degrees in Arts and Science (Psychology) from the University of Saskatchewan and Social Work from the University of Regina, as well as training in SROI methodologies.
