Doug Schell's work experience includes positions at various government organizations in Saskatchewan. Doug began as the Manager of Financial Operations at the Ministry of Government Services in 2007, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they moved to the Ministry of Education as the Director of Financial Analysis and Reporting. Doug held this position until 2019, when they joined Saskatchewan Government Insurance as the Director of Financial Reporting.
Doug Schell attended the Chartered Accountant School of Business from 2003 to 2005, earning a Chartered Professional Accountant degree. Doug then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Regina from 1998 to 2002.
