Olivier Larocque

Olivier Larocque is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and avionics technology. Currently serving as Manager of Stations Operational Readiness and previously as Manager of Transmission Operations and Support at SaskPower since May 2012, Olivier has demonstrated expertise in project management, the development of construction standards, and the implementation of smart grid technologies. Prior roles include Distribution Line Asset Management Engineer and Apparatus Engineer, where responsibilities included power quality analysis, reliability studies, and design criteria implementation. Olivier's career in avionics spans multiple positions with companies such as Eagle Copters and Aero Gulf Services, where significant technical skills were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an Avionic Engineering Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
