Rikki Chibi

Rikki Chibi, CHRP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rikki began their career as a Recruitment Analyst with SaskPower (Internship through Gradworks) in November 2006, where they gained valuable experience in recruiting. Rikki then joined SaskPower as a Human Resources Analyst in August 2007, where they assisted in the administration of management compensation and benefit programs and developed and maintained job description summaries. Rikki Chibi has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at SaskPower, where they played a key role in recruitment activities. Rikki later took on the role of Specialist, Total Rewards (Benefits) (Temporary Term) and is currently working as a Specialist, Recruitment (Lead) at SaskPower.

Rikki Chibi, CHRP obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Regina in the years 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Rikki completed their high school education and received a diploma from Winston Knoll Collegiate from 1998 to 2002.
