Trina Carter

Trina Carter is an experienced professional in social work, currently serving as an Indian Residential School Support Worker at the Saskatoon Tribal Council since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Claimant Assistant with the Federal Indian Day School Program at Argyle from June 2021 to July 2022, and as a Success & Wellness Counselor at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies-SIIT from August 2017 to May 2019. Trina has also contributed to the Saskatoon Tribal Council as a KidsFirst Worker and worked at the Onion Lake Community Healing & Wellness Centre as a Family Counselor. Trina's earlier experience includes a position as a Resolution Health Support Worker at the Saskatoon Tribal Council from April 2011 to February 2016. Trina Carter holds a Bachelor of Indian Social Work from the First Nations University of Canada and attended SIAST from 1998 to 1999.
