Charlene Greve

Ms. Greve became Acting Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary on March 1, 2022.

After convocating with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she began her career with a major law firm in Regina. She joined SaskPower in 1988, and transitioned to the newly created SaskEnergy group of companies in 1989. In 2005, she was appointed to the position of Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and served the company in that capacity gaining experience in many areas of responsibility, including corporate, commercial, governance and privacy legal issues.

In Ms. Greve’s current role, she is responsible for the Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Land functions, and is also the Corporation’s Chief Privacy Officer.

She is currently a board member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
