About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to the CEO. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, improve processes, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Manage the CEOs diary ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
  • Prepare Board Packs, draft communications and track output/actions from meetings to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
  • Collate and manage internal KPI reporting across the business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Exco and SLT to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Drive company principles of automation, digitisation and data-optimisation.
