Auste Treciakauskaite has a diverse work experience. Auste started their career at Lloyds Banking Group in 2011 as a Customer Service Officer, where they worked until 2012. Auste then transitioned to the role of Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator at the same company and worked there until 2014.

Auste Treciakauskaite's education history includes several notable achievements. In 2019, Auste received a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG in collaboration with The Change Management Institute (CMI). Prior to that, they completed a Lean Basics (Foundation Diagnostic Level) program at the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University in 2011-2012. In the same year, Auste also earned an ICS Communications Award from the Institute of Customer Service. Auste's academic background includes a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Auste completed their secondary education at Kaunas 'Azuolas' Secondary School from 1997 to 2007, where they received the Certificate of Maturity with distinction. Additionally, in 2014, Auste studied at the Cambridge Education Group and obtained a CELTA qualification.
