Auste Treciakauskaite

Auste Treciakauskaite has a diverse work experience. Auste started their career at Lloyds Banking Group in 2011 as a Customer Service Officer, where they worked until 2012. Auste then transitioned to the role of Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator at the same company and worked there until 2014.

In 2014, Auste joined St Joseph School as an English Language Instructor. In addition to teaching various modules to different age groups, they also took on the responsibility of team leader, overseeing a group of 12 teachers and ensuring adherence to company rules. Auste left St Joseph School in 2017.

From 2017 onwards, Auste worked at Satalia. Initially, they held the position of Change Manager, where they successfully led post-acquisition integration activities and collaborated with leadership teams for planning and implementing changes. Before the acquisition, they also worked closely with the CEO and COO to define company values, vision, mission, target clients, and annual goals.

Currently, Auste is the Sales Operations Manager at Satalia. In this role, they work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to track sales performance and drive business insights for strategic planning. Auste is also responsible for designing and implementing the sales tech stack, processes, and operational cadence. Their tenure in this role started in January 2023.

Auste Treciakauskaite's education history includes several notable achievements. In 2019, Auste received a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG in collaboration with The Change Management Institute (CMI). Prior to that, they completed a Lean Basics (Foundation Diagnostic Level) program at the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University in 2011-2012. In the same year, Auste also earned an ICS Communications Award from the Institute of Customer Service. Auste's academic background includes a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Auste completed their secondary education at Kaunas 'Azuolas' Secondary School from 1997 to 2007, where they received the Certificate of Maturity with distinction. Additionally, in 2014, Auste studied at the Cambridge Education Group and obtained a CELTA qualification.
