Chrp Zoë Thiery

Zoë Thiery, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Satcom Direct since February 2023. Prior to this role, Zoë worked at the Canadian Red Cross from August 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR Shared Services team, managing escalations, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating payroll, onboarding, and offboarding. Significant projects included implementing a new volunteer management database and assisting with vaccination policy implementation. Zoë's previous experience includes roles as an Operations Manager and Administrative Manager, with a focus on inventory management and bookkeeping. Zoë holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation from ICN Business School and has completed international studies in Business Administration.
