Michele Pipitone

Michele Pipitone is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Satellite Industries, Inc. Michele has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations management.

Michele began their career in 1994 as a Cost Accountant with American Financial Printing, Inc. Michele then transitioned to Alterra Health Systems as a Residence Director in 1998. In this role, they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the facility and overseeing the marketing initiatives.

In 2000, Michele became the Director of Human Resources and Operations for Cooks of Crocus Hill. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and hiring retail staff, leadership team, and administrative team; benefits selection and administration; performance management; organizational development. Additionally, they managed the accounting, HR, payroll, IT, warehouse and facilities teams.

In 2006, Michele transitioned to Satellite Shelters as the Facility Manager and Director of Marketing. In this role, they oversaw all shelter operations and marketing initiatives.

In their current role as VP of Human Resources at Satellite Industries, Michele is responsible for leading the human resources team and initiatives across the company.

Michele Pipitone has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA in Management and Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
