Ann Besalo

Ann is in charge of planning and implementing Satellite Office’s fiscal function and performance. She serves as a strategic partner in the development of the company’s policies and programs by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends.

She is a CPA with 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, a significant portion spent with KPMG across three jurisdictions: Philippines, New Zealand and Bermuda. During this time, she led multi-location audits of a public company with presence in Bermuda, US, UK and Asia Pacific, interfacing with multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams. She also gained significant experience in financial services, mainly property and casualty, life insurance, funds, and other investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Satellite Office, she was the Global Services Operations CFO of the Arch Capital Group, a NASDAQ-listed multinational insurance company, where she developed her knowledge around the BPO and offshore staffing industry.
