Francisco Dorr

Francisco Dorr is a Machine Learning Researcher currently working at Satellites on Fire since November 2023. Previously, Francisco held the same position at Frontier Development Lab in 2023, engaging in research on SAR foundation models in collaboration with NASA/ESA. Francisco also contributed as a Machine Learning Consultant at Oxford Earth Observation and researched satellite image super-resolution while participating in another FDL project in 2021. Prior experience includes a Data Scientist role at Entelai, focusing on AI applications in medical imaging, and positions in web scraping and course development at HotelQuant and Acamica, respectively. Francisco holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires and completed studies in Humanities at Rudolf Steiner Schule.
