Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Product & Solutions at SATO AUTO-ID INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and Manager at SATO Holdings Corporation. Initial career development occurred as a Software Engineer at SATO Corporation. Lince Olayam holds an MBA in Venture Capital & Finance from GLOBIS University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Salesian College of Technology, complemented by a foundational education at St. Thomas Higher Secondary School and St. Mary's E M H S.
